Chris has a wide range of experience from executive leadership at Target Corporation to independent consulting with start-up’s and small businesses to founding and leading Cohort Capital. Chris has a deep understanding and sharp focus on the balance between business growth and profitability. As founder and managing partner of Cohort Capital as well as co-owner (along with his wife) of Capitol Heights Pharmacy, the oldest liquor-licensed drugstore in CO! 

Chris Founded Cohort Capital in 2012 and led the funds investments in Active Junky (acquired: Purch), and CDBS (reverse merger).

Sean is an operations professional who has held senior leadership roles in the specialty retail, brewing, and travel & leisure industries. He has deep operational and financial expertise in supply chain optimization, energy management, capital planning, and risk management. Sean has received professional certifications as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), and he is an alumnus of the NREL Energy Executive Leadership Program.

Jonathan is a finance & legal professional with extensive experience serving high growth companies in the innovation economy. He is currently a Vice President at CoBiz Bank, with a lending practice primarily focused on providing senior debt financing for Colorado investment services companies, including private equity and venture capital firms, and mid-stage technology companies. Previously, he served as a Sr. Vice President with Silicon Valley Bank, focused on providing mezzanine debt and structured financing for venture and PE backed high growth, mid-to-late stage technology companies.
